I was in a relationship and I wasn't happy. I wanted out, but I needed to stay with the person. One day, I got angry and I started yelling at my then boyfriend. He got so mad, he said

"I should have taken a note from your Ozempic when it quit on you. I should have left months ago. You know it's bad when even medicine stops working with you."
